  • Access to business support services such as coaching/mentorship and free professional consultations
  • Employment Standards information
  • Workplace Health and Safety Information
  • Immigration program information and settlement services for newcomers
  • Free Commissioner for Oaths service
  • Tenant and landlord information and forms
  • Information on home repair programs for low income earners
  • Information and applications for rental assistance to low income seniors, families and persons with disabilities
  • Manitoba Health Card - registration/name change/lost cards
  • Manitoba birth, marriage and death certificate, change of name and/or name correction applications
  • Manitoba Tourism information
  • Information and referral service to all other provincial government departments

Community Employment Resource Centre (CERC)

Our bilingual employment centre offers direction, assistance and opportunities to the residents of South eastern Manitoba to access skills and resources necessary to achieve meaningful employment and success within the workplace. A representative is available on an itinerant basis. Please contact us to make an appointment.
